The production:

This centuries-old knowledge, mature craftsmanship and the careful selection of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans give this roasted coffee at the highest organic level its final harmonious character and its unmistakable aromatic diversity.
The exclusively composed bean varieties are roasted separately in an elaborate process.
This allows our beans to reach exactly the right degree of roasting: they are not shocked and release their valuable aromas and essential oils.
The beans are then left to rest separately – and only then are they blended in a special ratio.
