Like all coffees from Torrefazione New York, this blend is pleasantly balanced, perfectly roasted and impresses with its above-average taste.
The beans are best processed in a fully automatic espresso machine such as the Jura or Saeco brands.
The beans develop their full flavor in a café crème or Schümli.
The crema is particularly well-balanced and lasts up to 15 minutes!
The low acidity and mild aftertaste make the coffee perfect for offices where several coffees often have to be prepared and served at the same time.
