contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem.\nFor our defective products, the return is completely free your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item you purchased by mistake is no longer needed or if it is the wrong products so that we can assess and resolve the issue.\nFor your regret products, you will have to pay a certain amount for the return shipment.\nYou will be responsible for the actual cost of the return.\nThe restocking fee is EUR 0.00.   <\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, we
