Ionia Caffé Gastronom – the gastronomer’s favorite
With a relatively low proportion of 10% Arabica beans, the gastronome already has many of the good characteristics of Robusta beans – more caffeine, more crema and more spice.
However, it does not overdo it and is therefore very well balanced and can be used for many coffee preparations.
We would not recommend it for long cups of black coffee (lungo, caffe crema).
However, as an espresso and with plenty of milk, it’s a real winner!
Ionia Gastronom – come in and enjoy
The Ionia Caffe Gastronom comes in very unagitated packaging and shows the Italian nonchalance of not having to adapt to every trend.
In fact, it is always surprising how little some southern Italian roasteries want to adapt to international trade.
You can be desperate to find an article number or other mandatory information on price lists and packaging.
Italians often don’t “need” that.
But it’s the content that counts.
Despite the low price, the appearance of the beans is excellent with little breakage.
The beans impress with an even roast without roasting defects.
